Coming spring brings not only pleasant warmth, but also the good news.

Was decided to develop plans for bicycle paths, as an increasing number of cars have a bearing on congestion and pollution in the city.

The good news is that in the city is planning made paths for bikes along the river Dane. These works will be financed by the European Union and the Klaipeda municipality funds. Preparatory work is already underway and construction work is scheduled to begin this autumn or winter of next year.

Development of bicycle paths as well as to provide support through by Lithuania, Poland and the Kaliningrad border cooperation program, which has already lodged an application.

We hope that all these initiative will be implemented and all local people and guests will increase their free time spending in the shelter of the nature.
